By unanimous vote of the membership, the by-laws were amended to add one additional seat to the board for allied member representation. The allied member board seat will provide vendor input and participation to the Board of Directors. Vendor participation and support are the backbone of many association activities. The board believes by creating this position, the association will benefit the allied membership through direct communication of the needs of allied members which will create value for their participation.
